PROCESS
Whether you are building new or renovating the well-loved, we can help. If you have existing construction plans, we can handle your permitting and implement your build. If you are just starting the new home journey, we work with a variety of architects, engineers, and designers who will work with our team throughout the design process to make your dream home. From the initial consultation with your project manager to the move-in, we are here to help.
CONSULT
The initial consultation consists of site and plan review. In this meeting we will discuss your goals as a homeowner, including your wants, needs, and style. Next, we would move forward with procurement of design and structural plans for your project. This process can involve outside architects, engineers, and designers, or you can utilize our in-house team of experts. We provide prospective clients with a detailed, itemized estimate which includes selection allowances and installation costs.
BUILD
We provide all clients with an online communication tool to navigate through our building process. Our online project management software allows clients to follow the build schedule, make selections, and track spending in real-time. Transparency is a key component of our philosophy, so we offer an open book budget through our software. We strive to make the build process easy and enjoyable for our clients.

Garrett started his career with a degree in mechanical engineering and has spent the majority of his time in construction with a dabble of semiconductor manufacturing. Finance & Procurement
Brooke has a background in finance and mortgage banking, with a little public education in between. Here at Neon Agave Homes, she handles the accounting, procurement and office operations. When not managing budgets or keeping the team organized, Brooke enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and decorating cakes.
JEREMY
Project Manager
Jeremy spent much of his life in design and advertising before finding his place in the home building industry. As a project manager for Neon Agave Homes, he works closely with both clients and subcontractors to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. On his days off you can find him exploring Texas, painting abstracts, and playing his saxophone.
